EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY AND UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED ON CHANGING CIRCUMSTANCES.
When Carroll County, NH, and Oxford County, ME, Community COVID levels are either Low or Medium as identified by the CDC, M&D Playhouse will not require social distancing or masks be used, although we recommend those who have different personal preferences or may have a high risk for severe illness take whatever precautions they need.
When Carroll County or Oxford County Community COVID levels are High as identified by the CDC, M&D Playhouse will require masks be used whenever moving through the theatre or when seated during the performance but will not require social distancing.
Please help protect yourself and others by choosing to not attend a performance if you have been in close contact with someone who is suspected or confirmed to have had COVID-19, had symptoms of illness (including fever, respiratory symptoms, runny nose, sore throat, cough, muscle aches, change in taste or smell, tiredness or chills) in the 5 days prior to performance.
In all cases, seating capacity will not be limited (up to 139 people may be in attendance). Patrons will be asked to enter the theatre through the house left door and exit the theatre through the house right door. Seating is general admission with patrons being seated on a first come – first serve basis. Guests may be asked to move to allow all patrons to be seated. The box office does not sell tickets at the door for that evening’s performance, rather patrons should purchase tickets online in advance.
Concessions will be offered for sale via cash or credit card by a volunteer prior to the performance and at Intermission. Snacks, wine, beer, soft drinks, and liquor will be available. Patrons are encouraged to not linger in the bar area after purchasing items, rather to return to their seats.
